Koda

Koda is a 8-year-old Australian Cattle Dog, Border Collie and Kelpie mix. She is a perma-foster with Pacific Northwest Cattle Dog Rescue. Prior to coming to the rescue, she had a chaotic first couple years of life in Idaho. While she takes to some new people right away, she’s generally reactive to new humans in her space. With enough time, space and treats, she comes around to new folks.

Koda enjoys life by the coast with her dog friends. While she prefers running around on beaches or Sniffspots, she enjoys herself on leash walks in quiet neighborhoods and trails as well. Like her siblings Percy & Tasmin, Koda appreciates slow intros with new dogs, usually through a baby gate or ex pen. She is crate trained, up-to-date on core vaccines and receives monthly flea preventative.

Koda loves fetch — especially frisbee! Her other hobbies include chewing on Bullymake nylon toys, shredding cardboard boxes and curling up into the perfect speckled orb on the couch.
