Tasmin

Tasmin is a 5-year-old Australian Cattle Dog, Mini Schnauzer and Chihuahua mix. She is a perma-foster with Pacific Northwest Cattle Dog Rescue. In 2019 Tasmin came to the Pacific Northwest from West Texas with her two littermates. They were semi-feral puppies trapped in the desert outside Terlingua, Texas.

Tasmin is playful with new dogs once she’s comfortable with them. She’s needs slow intros with new people as she doesn’t appreciate pets or pressure from strangers. She loves going on hikes, road trips and outdoor adventures. She especially loves playing fetch at the beach.

Like her siblings Percy & Koda, Tasmin appreciates slow intros with new dogs, usually through a baby gate or ex pen. She is crate trained, up-to-date on core vaccines and receives monthly flea preventative.
